Welcome to Yaya Teleprompter ("the App"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our software. By registering, signing in, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

Yaya Teleprompter is a cross-platform teleprompter application that provides script management, custom groups, automated rolling display, video recording with overlay subtitles, floating picture-in-picture widgets, and smart speed voice tracking utilizing on-device speech recognition (ASR).

2. User Accounts & Security

• Authentication: We support Apple, Google, and email OTP verification. Guest login is also provided with local storage and limited functionalities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your accounts.
• Account Integrity: You are responsible for all data, scripts, and media files generated or imported in the App.
• Account Deletion: You have the right to request deletion of your account at any time. All associated cloud data assets will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

3. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

• Ownership of App Assets: All designs, code, graphics, branding, and assets belong to the developers of Yaya Teleprompter.
• User Content: Your scripts and recorded videos belong to you. We store scripts in the cloud solely to provide data synchronization services across your devices.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• Subscriptions (Monthly/Yearly/Lifetime): Access to premium capabilities (such as watermark-free recording, unlimited script counts, 4K video recording, and lifetime unlock) requires active subscriptions. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the billing cycle expiration.
• Refunds: All payments processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Lemon Squeezy are subject to their respective refund guidelines. We do not directly issue refunds.
• Subscription Management: Users must manage and cancel active subscriptions directly through Apple ID or Google Play account configurations. Purely deleting your user account in-app or uninstalling the app does NOT cancel active subscriptions.

5. Disclaimers

• Software Performance: We strive for highly accurate voice tracking, ASR transcription, and smooth scrolling; however, actual performance may vary depending on hardware specs, environmental noise, and network quality.
• Hardware Liability: The App is not responsible for any issues or damages to external camera rigs, teleprompter mirrors, teleprompter glass, or Bluetooth remote controllers used alongside the software.

6. Term Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Major updates will trigger a compliance popup during app launch. Continuing to use the App after updates indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
